This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Action:The Magic Word ("Company") regarding your use of the Actionz mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
